A Catholic reply to Protestant “[mis]- Understandings” Part 4

FRIENDS, I am prefacing this section with a brief “How to Understand the Bible Lesson”

Of ALL created things in the Universe; only humanity can rationalize and choose to love

 In order to do this requires the “God-like” attributes of a mind, intellect, and a freewill which are permanently attached to our souls;

which emulate God Himself because they are Spiritual things, which cannot die or be killed.

 While our bodies die; this Spiritual package of gifs live on for eternity.

The man, made easy philosophy that teaches that

 “all that is required for ones “salvation” is to ask God  ("Jesus" patty boy) to

 “be my personal Lord and Savior”

may make one all warm and fuzzy inside.

But it will not get one to heaven.

 It will not bring of itself salvation.

 Believing that anyone can or will attain participation in Christ Glory

 without first sharing in Christ Passion and suffering is a naïve,

foolish,

even nonsensical teachings

of mortal men;

 who themselves claim to know more and or know better that the God Inspired Bible.

 [2nnd. Tim 3:16]  Protected [John 17:15-19] and Guided Catholic Church.

 [John 14:16-17; fulfilled in John 20:21-22]

These verses provide direct evidence of Christ teaching and personal commitment to the catholic Church.

 One can know this based on the fact that when these words were written;

the only CATHOLIC Church

 and only Christian Faith in the ENTIRE World;

that speaks curses over people

  1. CANON 9:  "If any one saith, that by faith alone the impious is justified;
  2.
  3. in such wise as to mean,
  4.
  5. that nothing else is required to co-operate in order to the obtaining the grace of Justification,
  6.
  7.  and that it is not in any way necessary,
  8.
  9. that he be prepared and disposed by the movement of his own will;
  10.
  11.
  12.  let him be anathema."
    1.  "Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin," (Rom. 3:20).
    2. "Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus," (Rom. 3:24).
    3. "Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law," (Rom. 3:28).
    4. "For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness," (Rom. 4:3).
    5. "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ," (Rom. 5:1).
    6. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God," (Eph. 2:8).
    7. "Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost," (Titus 3:5).

was today’s Catholic Church and our Faith-belief -teachings.

But the Bible  says

This is what the Scripture says: “

God’s teaching is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart.”[b] It is the teaching of faith that we tell people.

If you openly say, “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from death, you will be saved.

10 Yes, we believe in Jesus deep in our hearts, and so we are made right with God. And we openly say that we believe in him, and so we are saved.

11 Yes, the Scriptures say, “Anyone who trusts in him will never be disappointed.

[c] 12 It says this because there is no difference between those who are Jews and those who are not. The same Lord is the Lord of all people. And he richly blesses everyone who looks to him for help.

13 Yes, “everyone who trusts in the Lord[d] will be saved.”[e]

14 But before people can pray to the Lord for help, they must believe in him. And before they can believe in the Lord, they must hear about him. And for anyone to hear about the Lord, someone must tell them.

  15 And before anyone can go and tell them, they must be sent. As the Scriptures say, “How wonderful it is to see someone coming to tell good news!”[f]

16 But not all the people accepted that good news.

Isaiah said, “Lord, who believed what we told them?”

[g] 17 So faith comes from hearing the Good News. And people hear the Good News when someone tells them about Christ.
